Aluminum alloy seamless gas cylinders are made of aluminum alloy materials with good processing performance and corrosion resistance. The round flat billet is first punched into a cup shape, then extruded to the required size, and finally the top is isothermally formed, and then made through high-temperature solution treatment, water quenching and artificial aging.
Well suited for standard use & specialty gas applications, aluminum industrial cylinders are lighter weight, corrosion-resistant, and non-magnetic.
